Our oil-free compressors are certified to ISO 8573-1 Class 0, the highest air purity standard. No oil is used in the compression process, which means no oil can reach your product. Period.

Applications

Where Clean Air Matters

Product Contact

Blowing air into bottles before filling, aerating dairy products, or moving dry ingredients through pneumatic conveyors. Any oil in the air means oil in your product.

Packaging

Modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum sealing need pure, dry air. Moisture causes seal failures. Oil contamination affects barrier properties and shelf life.

Cleaning

Blowing off equipment and containers between production runs. Compressed air is faster than wiping, but only works if the air itself is clean. Oil spray defeats the purpose.

Control Systems

Pneumatic valves and actuators throughout the production line. While not direct contact, oil in these systems eventually migrates. Oil-free air keeps the whole plant cleaner.
